Once we have established the necessary safely procedures, we will then thoroughly inspect every element of your roof paying particular attention to flashing’s and penetrations. Any damaged flashings and then replaced, including replacing any rusted valley irons. All the old bedding is then removed and disposed off before new bedding is laid to all hip and ridge capping tiles, gable and valley courses.
We then proceed to apply 4400psi through a a turbo head to thoroughly de mossing terracotta tiles to remove all moss, lichen and other pollutants from the surface. This includes a full clean up of the walls, ground and any adjoining surfaces. Once the roof is clean and dry, we then re pointing all ridge, hip, valley and gable courses using a top of the range flexible pointing compound. We ensure the colour of the pointing best matches the colour of your roof.
